STRESS CAN BE REDUCED USING YOUR OWN CLOUDS…
Stress comes in many forms. The Chinese equivalent of yoga known as ‘Qigong’ has many wonderful stress management and stress relief strategies. This one is known as separating the clouds.
LESS STRESS TECHNIQUE FOR YOU
Here’s how use this stress management technique to quickly reduce your tension, anxiety and stress. Stand up with your feet firmly placed shoulder-distance apart. Bend your knees slight, arms down with your wrists crossed in front of your pelvis. With your breathing, inhale slowly and as you do so straighten your legs and sweep both arms above your head. As you then exhale, open up your arms out to your sides and then back to the original starting position.
VISUALIZING YOUR OWN STRESS REDUCTION CLOUDS
Visualize yourself parting the clouds in the sky with your arms. Repeat this 10 times. Then repeat a further 10 times but reversing the order of movement. You will feel the tension, strain and stress start to float away from you with the clouds.

To wake up more stressed just make sure you have an alarm clock located on your bedside table and set to buzz loudly in your ear every morning. There is nothing more stressful than to be startled awake every morning by a loud buzzing noise. When you don’t wake up with your natural bodily rhythms it creates more stress and strain for you.

But what if you can’t wake up naturally and do need an alarm clock to help you wake up? Then choose a better stress management clock. Choose an alarm clock where you can program it to play music.

Then make sure to select a specific type of music that helps you to wake up more naturally. This music is quiet, gentle music that builds slowly to a higher volume. This music best reflects your natural waking up pattern and is often classical music. You really don’t need to startled awake every morning by your buzzing alarm clock.
