STRESS AND USING SELF-TALK AFFIRMATIONS…

STRESS CAN BE REDUCED WITH BREATHING TECHNIQUES…
Stress can dramatically affect your breathing. But did you know that the word ‘inspire’ in Latin means ‘to fill with breath’? When you’re stressed out and your energy levels are sagging, try this type of stress management and stress relief breathing.
INSPIRED BREATHING FOR STRESS REDUCTION
Do some inspired breathing. Sit on the floor cross-legged and ensure your back is straight and tall. Clench your fists and bend your arms from the elbow back to your shoulders. Now inhale deeply through your mouth and straighten your arms above your head as you open your palms. Hold for a moment or two. Then exhale through your nose as you bring your arms back to your shoulders and clench those fists. This stress management strategy will re-inspire you as your energy increases and you find a reduction in your feelings of stress.
