STRESS INCREASES WITH MISTAKES BUT THIS CAN CHANGE…
Stress build ups when you dwell on little mistakes you made during the day. Effective stress management and stress relief strategies mean not dwelling on these past mistakes. You need to learn how to let go and this will always help to reduce your stress.
STRESS, MISTAKES AND LESSONS
Use this stress management strategy tonight. Before going to bed take a sheet of paper. On the left hand side, write down each mistake that bothered you from the day. Then on the right hand side, next to each mistake, write down one thing you have learned from that mistake.
LETTING STRESSFUL MISTAKES GO
Now take the sheet of paper and cut it down the middle. Take your list of mistakes written on the left hand side and tear up the paper and throw it in the bin. As you put it in the bin, say to yourself as you do, “that mistake is in the past, tomorrow is a new day”. You can now forget, forgive and let those mistakes go.
KEEPING THE LESSONS LEARNED
Only keep the right hand side of the sheet that has the lessons you have learned from your mistakes. These points will be your guide for the next day. Letting go, moving on and learning from your mistakes will help you to improve next time and also dramatically reduce your stress.

STRESS, WORRY AND ANXIETY SHOW ON YOUR FACE…
Stress, worry, anxiety and strain are most often shown on your face. Treating yourself to a professional facial massage is a wonderful stress management and stress relief method. But what if money is tight? Then you can do your own quick facial massage to remove all that stress from your face.
YOUR DO-IT-YOURSELF STRESS RELIEF MASSAGE
Take your middle fingers, and in a clockwise direction slowly rub the following parts of your face for about 20 seconds each. You can begin with:
- the middle of your chin
- then the corners of your mouth
- then the areas between your nose and upper lip
- next your cheeks
- then your cheek bones
- then move to your temples
- then the space between your eyebrows
- and finally your forehead.
The tension and strain in your face will certainly disappear when you take a few minutes to massage away that stress.
